How it works
The assessment
The Leadership Maturity Profile (LMP) is a research-based tool that maps how adults make sense of the world.
It doesn’t measure skills or personality. It looks deeper at the patterns of meaning-making that guide how you interpret situations, relate to others, and lead.
Your profile shows:
- The stage of development you’re currently operating from
- The strengths that come with this stage
- The limits you may not yet see
- The path available for further growth
The debrief session
In this session, we walk through your results in plain language. Together we look at:
- The worldview revealed by your assessment
- How this shapes your decisions, relationships, and leadership style
- The strengths you can lean on right now
- The edges where growth is possible
The debrief is a conversation that helps you see yourself with more perspective. It creates the foundation for the coaching that follows, so we work with real insight rather than assumptions.
12 coaching sessions over six months
These sessions are where insight turns into practice. Together, we work through what gets in your way, and build the ability to meet complexity and uncertainty with clarity.
