Leadership 1:1 Coaching
6-month one-to-one coaching for mid-to-senior leaders navigating transition, reinvention or recovering from burnout.
How it works
An in-depth onboarding
We begin with two 60-minute sessions designed to map your story, your context, and the opportunities in front of you. Coaching and counselling lenses come together to give you a strong, clear foundation for the journey ahead.
Your Program
Drawing on my experience and knowledge, I design a programme that combines the right tools and the right exercises.
I often bring together neuroscience, vertical development and Eastern psychology so that the work is both evidence based and deeply human, creating a process that is practical, balanced and transformative.
Ten Biweekly Coaching Sessions
Across ten 60-minute conversations, held every two weeks, you have the space to explore, reflect, and grow. Each session is a chance to strengthen how you connect with yourself, deepen how you relate to others, and enrich how you engage with your environment.
How It’s Different
A blend of science, psychology and real-world leadership.
I work at the intersection of neuroscience, coaching and counselling, bringing the structured thinking of an Oxford-trained engineer, the depth of a counselor and the perspective of a post-conventional thinker.
