As a chartered engineer trained at Oxford University and Ford, and a certified neuroscience coach and counselor, I work with both logic and emotion, awareness and structure.
I’ve lived and worked in eight countries across three continents, in corporate, start-up and PE-backed environments.
This journey has taught me that real leverage comes not just from applying systems or strategic thinking but from moving beyond habitual binary thinking. It’s about stepping out of reactive patterns and into choices that serve the broader system for yourself, your team, and your work.
I combine late post-conventional thinking with neuroscience-informed coaching and emotional depth to guide leaders and professionals through complex challenges and major change. Together we examine habitual patterns so you can sharpen strategic judgment, maintain steadiness under uncertainty and act with intention rather than reflex.
