How it works
I create a journey that feels natural and sustainable.
Clients often tell me that I combine intellectual depth with a warm, human presence. The result is coaching that feels both rigorous and personal, leaving people not only more effective in their roles but also more grounded in themselves.
Connect
We begin with a free chemistry session. This is a confidential conversation where we get to know one another, clarify the context and define the challenges you want to work on.
- For an individual: you may want to talk about managing imposter thoughts after a promotion, finding better balance between work and family, or preparing for a new role.
- For an HR partner or team leader: this step can include agreeing on the intended outcomes, for example helping a leader to improve collaboration across departments or preparing a team for a major organisational change.
Create
Drawing on my experience and knowledge, I design a programme that combines the right tools, the right exercises and the right rhythm. This means choosing carefully not only what we work on, but also how much, how often and for how long.
I often bring together neuroscience, vertical development and Eastern psychology so that the work is both evidence based and deeply human, creating a process that is practical, balanced and transformative.
- For an individual: the programme might include six sessions focused on developing confidence in board meetings, understanding triggers of stress, and practising new ways of leading conversations.
- For an organisation: the programme could combine individual sessions with group workshops. For example, helping a senior manager build trust with their team while also running a session for the group on communication and accountability.
Implement
The coaching journey then unfolds over a series of sessions, each building on the last.
- For an individual: clients often find that within a few sessions they can pause before reacting, reframe difficult situations, and begin to lead with more calm and clarity. One client, for example, moved from being paralysed by imposter syndrome to confidently presenting strategy to the board.
- For a team: teams notice improved collaboration and morale. For instance, a leadership team that began with tense silos learned how to listen to one another, and within months were jointly driving a new project with much less conflict.
Throughout, I may provide light touch feedback to the sponsoring organisation while keeping the coaching conversation fully confidential. This way individuals can speak openly, while HR or leadership sees clear progress on agreed outcomes.
